Terms of service.
These Terms are being prepared with legal counsel ahead of public launch. The sections below are operative — they govern how the LimeLine site, delivery service, wholesale, and white-label offerings work in practice. Other sections will be added as our counsel reviews them.

1. Same-day delivery
When you place an order before 6:00pm Central time, we aim to deliver the same day to addresses inside our active service zones. Aim matters here — same-day is a target, not a guaranteed service level. The following can push delivery into the next available day:
- Out-of-stock items pulled at fulfillment after the order was placed
- Delivery address outside our current zones (we’ll reach out to confirm or refund the delivery fee)
- Driver capacity at peak times (Friday + Saturday evenings)
- Weather, road conditions, or traffic incidents
- METRC manifest verification delays
- ID check at the door — your delivery is held until 21+ identification is confirmed; if we cannot confirm, the order is returned and refunded minus the delivery fee
- Federal holidays — no deliveries unless we publish an exception notice
If we miss same-day on an order placed before 6:00pm Central and the failure was on us, tell us and we’ll make it right. Typical resolution is a credit on your next order or, when appropriate, a refund of the delivery fee. We don’t refund product price for a same-day miss when the cause was outside our reasonable control (weather, your address being unreachable, you not being home for the ID check).
2. Age and identity verification
Every delivery requires a 21+ government-issued photo ID confirmed at the door by the driver. We do not leave product unattended. Knowingly attempting to receive cannabis on behalf of someone under 21 is a violation of Minnesota law and these Terms; orders flagged for repeat ID failure may result in account suspension.
3. Service area
LimeLine delivers from our homebase in Isanti, Minnesota to qualifying Minnesota cities and addresses within our published service zones. We do not deliver across state lines under any circumstance — Minnesota cannabis stays in Minnesota. If your address is not yet in our zones, we may reach out as we expand.
4. Compliance
LimeLine, LLC operates under the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Every transaction is METRC-tracked from seed to door. We comply with all OCM cultivation, manufacturing, retail, and labeling rules in force at the time of order. If a regulatory change requires us to modify or cancel an order in flight, we will notify you and refund as needed.
5. Mature-audience site
This site is for adults 21 and over. By using it, you affirm you are at least 21. Cannabis has not been evaluated by the FDA. Keep out of reach of children. Do not operate machinery. Use responsibly.
